I want customers to love my products, but not by asking them what to build. I convince them to join the vision. If you're just building what people ask for, you're not leading—you're following.
Prioritization is Strategy
I prioritize features by Reach × Impact × Confidence ÷ Effort. Everything else is noise. If you can't measure it, you shouldn't build it.

Crystal is the leading brand for automated personality assessments. Using public information, our AI model accurately determines DISC personality profiles to improve communication in sales, team building, and personal discovery. I led product strategy for Crystal for Sales, Crystal for Teams, and Crystal for Me.
Winners Circle
For 10 years, I ran peer groups of 100 business owners striving for greatness. Every quarter we'd gather—sometimes in person, sometimes virtually—and I'd facilitate conversations that forced them to confront the questions they were avoiding. I didn't give them answers; I created the space where they had to find their own. Some cried. Many told me I changed their lives. I didn't change anything—I just refused to let them settle for their own bullshit. This wasn't just a community—it was a transformation program disguised as peer mentoring.

First-of-its-kind compliance and vCIO tool for MSPs. I created the process: Standards → Alignment → Business Impact → Strategy. Before this, IT service companies had no systematic way to translate technical work into business value. I built the category.

MSP training content, learning portal, and bi-weekly webinars for MSP owners, sales, and operations leaders. I created the portal, ran technical operations, built the product, and created content for 13 years. Over 4,000 companies globally subscribed. This was education at scale before anyone called it "content marketing."
Kosa AI
Analysis suite for responsible AI including fairness, transparency, explainability, accountability, and safety. I built the dev and product teams, ran operations, and led two pilots—one internal for enterprise development, another with British Standards Institution and GE Health for explainability in medical imaging applications. We were building AI governance before it was mandatory.

PreMeeting Research was a service for companies looking to improve high-stakes meeting outcomes. Our team used research skills, AI, and software to deliver custom dossiers with communication styles, quotes, business priorities, and company information. PreMeeting automated this with calendar integration and LLM-powered participant analysis tailored to meeting purpose.
ServicePulse
First tool for MSPs to determine customer sentiment without surveys. We used NLP to analyze email and chat interactions for signals of unhappy clients. Surveys are skewed and unrepresentative—we solved that. We got to 30 customers and $10k revenue before LLMs commoditized our core tech. We shut it down. Not every product wins, but the lessons do.
